• Managed and advanced development of early-to-late-stage utility-scale solar and BESS projects successfully in PJM and NYISO, portfolio size over a GW, focusing on site acquisition and greenfield strategies, and risk mitigation to drive portfolio growth.
• Led end-to-end project lifecycles, including economic and financial analysis, contract negotiations, budget tracking, and stakeholder engagement, providing strategic insights to senior management and investment committees for budget approvals and investment decisions.

• Advanced strategic growth into emerging community solar markets, supporting the foundation of a pipeline of 5+ early-stage projects focused on maximizing solar productivity and investment returns.
• Drove late-stage development of projects in PJM market, facilitating collaboration with clients, landowners, utilities, permitting authorities, and EPCs. 
• Guided project planning, conducted risk analysis, and facilitated decision-making through clear communication, negotiation, and project reviews. 

• Launched a new Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, establishing a new business unit that generated $200k+ in new business leads.
• Built strategic partnerships to strengthen competitive positioning. 
• Led cross-functional teams to deliver turnkey wind-solar-battery storage solutions to C&I and Government clients, optimizing operations and driving a 3% profit increase.
